The Witch quest.....where is she? (Spoilers)
   

Found this nord that wants his axe back, he says a witch stole that and all his clothes (he's in his undies) and he says she is NW, but i can not find here, help please.

I found her on the road.. just keep following it and go NW if there is a branch. She is pacing on the road a ways ahead.

She said she would give it back in 3 days in the mages guild. If you tell him that he'll say join me or he attacks you. I didnt talk to him after and used him for some quests. I saved and waited the 3 days and she never showed up so we went back out and killed her. He got his axe, I got +2str from him.
