The Fate p.c game key code problems

hi
i have just recently bought the The Fate p.c game, and i can not get the key code to work. how many different ways i try.

i know its a legal copy as i brought it from a shop new.

i have tried the publishers but there is no contact number/email address.

has anyone else had any problems with the key code, if so what did u do to sort it out?

any help would be great.
kind regards

Then it's straight back to the shop you bought it from.

I had this happen with a game. I just kept going to www.something.com ... where something was the names on the box (publishers and such) until I found the right website and then kept clicking around until I found a support e-mail address. Then I chewed them out for making it so hard to find.

Then they made me mail the game in with its original packaging and the receipt and mailed me a new copy. Most companies won't just pass out keys... they want to replace the whole thing if the cd-key isn't working.
