 aahhh....my subject-lines get worse everytime. 
Ok, you probably all know the troll in the first caves. The big lonely guy that wants a present for his b-day...yada yada yada. I've spent two days driving myself nuts trying to find something for him (probably passed right by it 100 times). What does he want, where can I get, and .... thats it.

Don't worry about it right now. Move on. I just found out what he wants from a NPC in the game. You will find out later on.

I will give you a small hint, as I missed it the first time through, talk to everyone you see, as long as they don't kill you, many many of them say the same thing, and then suddenly you get the guy that talks to you. I gave up too soon the first time I played the game.
