Been away a long time - question about my stronghold

I've just rejoined my original game, having given up on the second game because I lost the story line.

My Telvanni Stronghold is just a little lump right now. How do I get it to grow bigger?

You planted the soul gems right? Either way talk to the woman in the bowls of the "Mouth building" as I like to call it and talk to her. She'll tell you what to do. Basically, the first step is to get soul gems with a tough Daedra in them, get the land deed, and give them to her. The next step is to get some schematics from a dwemer tomb, she'll tell you more, along with paying 5000 gold. Finally, you need to get a book from the Berne vampire lair.
