honestly i didn't think NWN was up to par with Gothic, but thats my opinion... |

Graphic isn't the most important thing in games. I liked Arcanum for other reasons. As for other games I like Jedi knight 2, Warcraft (all three) Fallout 1 and 2 and of course Gothic

NWN is only a mediocre game out of the box. That's not to say it's bad. It just doesn't rise above and beyond any of the myriad of good games out there.
But it gets plenty of marks for scalability and longevity. It comes with a game creator and simple scripting language which allows the public to create their own worlds or mods. So as time goes on, we'll no doubt see greater and greater mods and worlds available for NWN on the internet. It has the potential to turn into another pseudo counter-strike success stroy... not!  |

Hey, if you want a very LONG game, try Neverwinter Nights, that game is freaking huge!!!!! 3 CDs, 60+ hours of gameplay!!!!!!  But still, Gothic is still good to play over and over again (well,actually it gets boring after a while, I almost stopped playing the second time ). |

You want a REALLY good game? Try Baldurs Gate + BG Tales of the sword coast + BG2 + BG The throne of Baal. The fabule spoiles it into one huge game  Try it!!!

I have Baldur's Gate 2 (Shadows of Amn). The graphics were so bad I ended up quitting. I lost interest in it. The perspective was kind of silly. I might give it another try... |

That was, what I did with it, when I saw it first. But some time later I realised what mistake I've done, and I played it to the end. It was great!!!

I think the best 2 games made so far are Gothic and Grand Theft Auto 3, very fun games, can't wait till GTA 4 and Gothic 2  . Also I want to get Heroes of Might and Magic 4, anyone know any Warez sites  .

A warez site? Can't say that I do. However, I do know that asking for that will get you a warning. We do not support piracy here. Do not ask for such again.

Exactly. We donīt support piracy on these boards. 9 out of 10 games do not earn money for the developer.
People who ask about warez will receive at least one warning. People who post links to warez site will be banned without warning!

Yeh, PB are a bunch of friendly guys who work hard to make a great game and great atmosphere, not some faceless evil corporation. pay for n original copy of the game, show your support!
Now to get away from the ugky side of things...
I am trying to find soemthing good to do with gothic, I tried making a new character for gothic (see scripting tutorial) but gave up cuz i just couldnt make it work and took ages to get as far as i got.
So i'm gonna be looking for something else to do instead. Any news on any new Gothic Mods? And where can i get info or download any? I was told there is only 1 gothic mod around, hoping thats not the case....(altho had no luck on search engines)  |

Heroes 4 is great (LEGAL Heroes 4 ) but Heroes 3 are better. Try HoMM 3 first.

Hey, have u guys ever heard of a 'joke'??? The smilies next 2 the w-a-r-e-z text indicate that I was kidding round.  . Anyway, r u sure Heroes 3 is better then 4???? I have 3, I thought 4 would be much better.
