Train Strength Beyond 60

Where can I find someone to train my strength past 60? I also tried praying to the Innos statues but they no longer seem to give anything for 100 gold.

If you are paladin:
Smith in the castle will train up to 75.
Pala near lord Hagen will train up to 90.

And for a Mercenary/Dragon Hunter Torlof at the landowner's will train you to 90.
