When you post armor rating on items ...
   

please also state how much you have in armor skill, since the actual armor rating on items is based on your skill.

I'd read about the oh-wow-this-is-great armor in the lost dwemer checkpoint south west of Ebonheart, so I ventured out to get it. With my 23 in heavy armor it was only 63 armor rating, and my indolite is at 105 with 73 in medium armor.
