Looking for swampweed

Where can I get 3 plants of swampweed ?
(Eye of Innos quest...)
I couldn't find that hag that Vatras talked about...
Any help ?

erm I went back to the vally of mines and picked up 3 from the river which runs by the pass by the mountain.......

You could go near Akils far too, there ssome swampy areas around there

Or when you go to Onar's farm there is a small building with 2 mercenaries and also a little lake, in the middle of the lake is then again a little island where also grows swampweed.
You can also search for Sagita (herbwitch) behind Sekob's farm.
