Anyone else still waiting for delivery?

I ordered DD through the RPGDot special offer, and received an E-Mail on Thur 12 sept saying that the game was shipped out, and it still hasn't arrived. I'm based in Switzerland, the address on the confirmation slip is correct, and it's now 2 and a half weeks later. Does it normally take this long, or should I start getting worried. I'm a bit depressed, as I have a free day today and was hoping to spend the day playing. Am I alone in waiting?

Please let me know if anyone else is still waiting although his order has the status of "completed". email me your order number

I'll get in contact with gamer.uk.com then and try to find out about possible errors.

Ok, I got a second case of a game not reaching the customer after being marked as "completed" - so I mailed gamer.uk.com and got this reply:

Sorry things have been a little busy here recently, as for those orders that you sent me, they have been sent out again, and the customers should receive them shortly, must have just been postage problems. Some countries get funny about items coming in from abroad and send them back to us. : (

Please let me know if this sorts things out for you.

Great news, thanks for the help. I was really hoping it would arrive today, but alas, it was not to be. Soon as I get it, this will be the first place I come, and the last for a while *G*
