The answers are written in books placed around in the different houses where you find the coloured tablets. Just read all the book-stands you come across. If you're too lazy for that, use the search function as Uriziel said, I'm sure the answers are around here somewhere. |

You can buy red pepper from the city merchants. The merchant in the marketplace who is selling potions and scrolls is selling red pepper too..
Lance's corpse is in the swamp near the first swamp golem who is near the bandit camp. Sorry that i can't explain it better, but its been a while since i played notr.  Its very difficult to find, but if you search every bit of swamp, you will find it.
