After breeders I am trying to go down the the tree trouble
   

I seem to br suck can;t fine the way down/ Is it cloosed now because I completed the breedered quest

No. Exactly where are you? Are you still on the "level" where the breeders and the Don are?

No I climbed the rope from the valley floor and made my way to the breeders level. I then recrossed the the repaired bridge and am stuck. there is a locked door which requires a special item and that is about it. I am trying to get down to buy potions from the potion guy. Poison is a pain and i need haste.

When you recross the repaired bridge, you will enter a apparantly empty hut, but on the left side (Comming from the ratkins) there is a hole with a ropeladder down, which lead to the trynnie sections, and the guy with the potions.
Regarding the closed door, which needs a special item. This item you must require from "martens bluff".
