ok, ive been exploreing alot since i got the demo and i was wondering where do u go to get better armor?? i have like a 25.15.5 armor or whatever and that isnt very good for taking out lezards among other thing.... so where can u go to get buy/find better armor ???

Leather Armor is the best in the demo.
It's:
Weapon 25
Arrow 20
Fire 5
Magic 0
Worth 250Gold
Get +5 Weapon and +5 Magic from the 2 rings, which can be had early in the game.
But after you get your bow skill up, you'll never need to get close enough to your target to take hits, so armor is kind of moot. |

thx for the info, i jsut was not sure if there was any better armor that i could get my hands on... oh well there are also a ring of +5armor and +5str they are outside of the back of the town left of it if u are facing the gates form the outside. tey are just up on a ledge easy to get to.

In Gothic I all the armor except the most basic is a "uniform" conferred by your guild, or a quest reward. Looks like G2 may be similar in this? |

The +5 Magic protection ring is in the forest.
It's guarded by 2 skeletons but you can run past them and pick the ring up easily.
The ring is resting on what looks like a stone coffin, that's surrounded by Stone Henge-looking rocks.
I don't remember ever being attack by magic, but usefull non-the-less I guess. |

Xardas also gives you a magic protection ring after he's spoken to Lester. Probably not much use till the later game though. |
