Can someone make a cool RPG on the site? Because its getting just a little boring, maybe, a fantasy or war rpg?

Every man/boy and his dog wants to make a CRPG or MMORPG, regardless of whether they have any previous experience with game programming.
Very few actually get finished however, partly because so many want to be the one controlling the project and partly because they set their sights too high at the first attempt.
CRPGs have come a long way since the days of CGA graphics and it has become increasingly impractical for a lone developer or even a small team to compete with commercial offerings.
For example, Diablo II (which doesn't even include that many RPG elements) took about 30 people 3 years to complete - not including the additional time spent on creating patches. |

I am in the process of making one. But as Wysardry says, its gonna take a VERY long time, and I may not finish at all. If I do finish, I am sure its level of coolness will be subject to opinion.
I could make you a crappy one in the meantime

If you mean forum RPGs - check out the Usergroups. There are quite a few RPG groups among them.
