WHERE to get Chameleon spell

All mages guilds been trough, where the hell do get to buy it so i can make my own?

Dunno but I got a nice little ring to do that. Gift from the emperor.

I got a ring too, found in a crate somewhere. Gives 40-70% chameleon for 10 sec. But having illusion at 50 i'd be more happy to make my own spell. If only i could find a mage that sold one (sigh).
