Well, just finsihed the game.

Took me around 60 hours. Hoped it would have last at least 20 hours more but i still enjoyed it. And no i didnt rush through the game. I even took the time to clear out the VOM in chapter 2. I had more then 20 hours played before i finished chapter 1.

After finishing it now im still wandering who gets my number one spot for the best game.
Morrowind or Gothic 2. Well since i found out not too long ago that my buddy as a copy of the first Gothic, i'll wait after playing it before making a decision.

This time around i played as a good paladin. I think I' ll wait till i get my new PC ( this summer) before playing the game again. With my crappy PC at 800x600 with very low settings i had like 8-13FPS in the town of Korhonis. I could play at 1024x768 full setting in the VOM but in chapter 6 at 800x600 everything at the very lowest i still got on average 9-12 FPS wich is pretty pathetic. lollllllllll

If you choose Morrowind in the end, I wouldn't say it out loud here.
I don't think you'll survive that.

You should really play Gothic2 as a mage, it gives a far other feeling than both the paladins and the mercenaries. I always found the mage-quest very original (sweep the courtyard )

It's so strange - when you play as a mage they answer all the wierd questions from the plot, but not at all when you're a mercenary or paladin.

I donīt think this is strange. Mages have access to confidential infos.

I think itīs a good idea to shelf the Gothics until you have your new PC. They gain through better graphics.

I love playing a mage. *pulls out fireball rune, townsperson jumps backward cowering* "Please don't hurt me, I'm sorry for bothering you." As well as getting to boss around the paladins, yep, deffinatly worth a playthrough.

I always had people run away when I take out magic. The only ones who got upset at me were Pyrocar and the rest of the high mages of fire. Everyone else cowered and said sorry, but now that I think of it, my hero didn't shower that day...
