I found a staff in Assu (a cave in mount kand) it's worth over 200k gold. It's called Magnus Staff I belive, I was wondering if I can sell it or if it's needed for a quest somewhere.

hey, that's one of the items I need for my mission, it can be used in the museum in Tribunal to get pieces for the sword, I'm having trouble finding an ite, and that is exactly what I need, where did you get it? |

Ok go to the summit Mount Kand. It's just a tiny bit north-east of Mount Kand, Cavern. Once in there you will ahve to fight some monsters and some summoners. You should also bring at least 2 perferably more scrolls/potions of leveitation. In the room with water there are some high rock parts, and that's where the guy qith the staff is.

it's for a semi-quest in the mages guild. The khajit-chick next to the guild guide in balmora tells you about some items after you reach the rank of warlock, the staff is one of them.

In general it's better not to sell any unique item... you should have more gold than you can spend on anything in the game by the time you're level 20 or so. If you DO sell it, make a note of who has it in case you later need to buy it back. |
