how do you insert more than 1 item with insert code?

Can anyone tell me how to insert multiple items at the same time? For example i want to insert 100 arrows. What do i have to type in? thanks for your help.

You can�t insert multiple items.

NNNNNOOOOOOOO!!!! THIS CANNOT BE TRUE.........MY DREAM OF INSERTING AN ARMY OF ORCS/SKELETONS/MONSTERS IN THE CAMPS....NO MORE.
