I'm thinking about buying this game it worth the money??? Give me an example of a geme that is like dungeon siege.

It is a hack & slash eye candy (has pretty good graphics) with a game story so thin that would make Diablo 2 proud. |

Itīs a boring hack&slash game with beautiful graphics and an excellent interface.
- the quests are unrewarding
- the story is thin and irrelevant
- itīs strictly linear
- itīs 95% combat
I didnīt like it.

It is good hack and slash game. It was real fun for me lets say for first 10 hours. Another 20 were not so funny - but still there were some nice points.
Graphics is beutiful, interface is nearly perfect. Story is strictly linear (ok, lets say there is nearly not story).
But still there is a lot of beasts, weapons, armors...
Diablo 1 and 2 were far better (at least for me). |

I think it should be good for some thrashing about between now and Gothic 2. Then again... you might just finish it way before then. And the replay ain't exactly too cool.

It's pretty much like Diablo, just waaaaay more boring. Diablo and DII were a real blast plus a deep gaming experience compared to DS.

It's the first game I've ever played where I thought there should be an autopilot feature. Just click the "start" button and sit back watching the pretty graphics - more relaxing and fun than actually playing it. |

Ok you all convinced to not buy this game. What is the meaning of Hack & Slash??? I'm asking because my first language is spanish

It means that whole game is just about using your weapon, just about killing, nothing else - no talking, no deep story... |

Its action, action, action. Thats all it is. I didnt like this game either, except for the graphics, which were perty in some places. But the rest of it was very dull, boring, and repetitive. KILL KILL KILL! hehe

I thought the game was fun until the 4th chapter or so, then it got SOOO OLD.  It just wasn't fun anymore. It promptly got uninstalled.
I did like the graphics, they were mighty purty.
