NOTR Weapons Dealers Quest
   

Where is the 3rd item I need to complete the weapons dealers quest? I have the rapier and I'm pretty sure that Dexter has the note, but where can I find the last item? Please detail the items location. Thanx.

You get Fernando's note from the corpse of one of the bandits on the bridge near the tavern. The rest is dialogues.

I actually gave FERNANDO the note before i had gotten this quest. So i'm guessing i won't ever be able to complete this quest? Tried knocking him out but he didn't have it.

There's also a ring! I believe the bandits on the bridge near Akil's farm have it.
