Found this in a cave with some zombies.Is it a quest item I should hold onto,or shuold I just sell it?? |

I held on to them (more than one in the game) but never found a use for them before i finished the game so I guess they are safe to sell if you need the gold.

Can you get more than 300 for them? Also, is there a quest related to that cave (to the south of the Dead Harpy Inn), since the chest is on one of the paladins' tombs, and there are several (worthless) paladin swords lying around? |

the only thing i found that might be related to it is that Brahem(the map seller). sold me a treasur map that pointed me to a place with the jewel casket.
dont know what to do with it next... |

Those are just things for sale, there is no quest related to them, nor are they special in any way. You will find a few of them in the dragons treasure hordes also. |
