I am new to the forum and there are so many threads about the gothic II add on. What is the easiest way, or the best way to get the add-on and be able to enjoy plying it in english?  |

You have to order it from Germany (go to official add-on homepage and click appropriate links), and then follow the threads here about the english translation pack to the add-on. That's that

Then you have German voices with English subtitles in the add-on and standard voices with English subtitles in G2.
A full English version will come out in the summer.

Thanks for the help everyone... geez I go to bed... get up the next morning and there are a bunch of replies!!! dont you people sleep? 
In any event can anyone tell me when the release data for the add-on to gothic 2 is in the US? |

We do sleep, simply we're in different timezone then you, when you sleep, we're awake
As for add-on data for US, then the latest news tell that if it ever will be released officially, there will not be US release and only way to get it would be to order the UK version. Thank Atari Inc. for the screw-up.
