Ive been past jeriahs cabin...
ive been told that in order to find meriks staff it is in a rock face cave full with cristals..
there are 2 caves near jeriahs cabin, 1 ive came through with cristals and the cave where merik is standing in..
i havent found his staff yet and i havent found a way out, seems to me im running in circles through the 2 caves, someone who can help me?? |

Merik's Staff can be found later on, its not in this caves its further on in the swamp. Just continue in the other direction you came from and you'll sooner or later find it. Same for the next chapter just go further on from Jeriah's cabin.

You can hardly lose your way in dungeon siege, just walk away from the dead monsters and walk towards the living ones.

so if i understand this correctly i have to go back in the swamp to search for the staff and then again to meriks cave to aprehend it and to go to the next chapter?

I don't think you will have to bring th staff back to Merik once you find it, you can take Merik with you and give him his staff later or you can leave Merik behind and take the staff for yourself.

ok so i dont have to give him his staff to continue but if i cross the cave next to jeriahs cabin i end up in the same town were is was..???
2 bad that there isnt a huge map where u can see the whole dungeon siege world for orientation....
im running back and forward jeriaks now for hours so yesterday i started a new game of frustration: ((
if anyone knows where to go or where i can find the DS world map it would be great:D |

maybe it could help.
2night im gonna try again at saved point..
here i c that if i want to continue i have to go back into the swamp and then to the travelers camp for chapter V ( i think at least:P) |

Yes, thatīs right. The correct order is ice caves (merik) --> swamp --> goblin warrens (Merik staff) --> traveler camp

ive gone back into the swamp and ive discovered a underground cave with a big turning wheel, lets hope im going the right way:) |
