lost the mage
   

ok, i hope i'm not the only one with this problem. i teleported to ald-ruhn, and the mage there who usually teleports you out again is gone. where the heck did she go???? i reloaded older games and she was there, does she just disappear. i can't find her inside the place. nowhere to be found. hope u guys can help.

Maybe she's on vacation? No, there's no reason for her to disappear - maybe she's moved or died.

Open the console (default key is the one below ESC) and type "ra" (without the quotes). This should Reset all Actors in the area. If she's fallen through the floor or walked through a wall or something she should reappear.

If she's died you'll need to use the "placeatpc" command to create her again - I'm away from my Morrowind rig atm, anyone know what her ID is?

just wanna make sure that using the "ra" command will not reset all the characters in the game right, only the ones in the area??

Just the ones in that area.

Specifically, it takes all living NPCs that are both in the area and supposed to be in the area and moves them back to their start positions. It's a bit of a cheat really, but sometimes it's useful for when things go wrong!
