i just find the rune (to Valley of Mines Pass) n when i try to use it its tell me **its to far away ,but im just on the other side of the secret passage, maybe there something i dont do correct or i just dont understand how its work

You have to be in the right world to use the teleportation runes. Runes for Khorinis work only in Khorinis and runes for VoM work only in VoM. That means you can't teleport from the castle in VoM directly into the city of Khorinis.
However, there are two "Pass" runes in the game:
"to Pass of Khorinis" - Works only in Khorinis
"to Valley of Mines Pass" - Works only in Valley of Mines
Teleports you near the pass.
It will be certanly more clearer to you when you find some others teleport runes. |

The same with the last island.You can't teleport your self back in khorinis at the end of the game.
