Telvani help needed??
   

SO I take my lvl 1 mage all the way to Sardith Mora and join the Telvanni.. First quest I get is deliver cloths to an excenntric lady in Tel Branora, only problem is you need to fly up to her chamber??? Can a lvl 1 mage somehow get a fly spell or have I traveled the wrong path??

you need to fly alot when you join the telvanni. Buy lots of levitate potions. I have yet to find someone who can teach me the levitate spell. If I find him i'll post it here.

I bought the levitate spell from a vendor in the basement of the mages guild in balmora...

There are short duration levitate potions in some shops...

you should be able to get one in the mage's guild in sadrith moria too...
