Anyone else gonna buy or build a new computer?

I will be building a new GAMING computer because of Morrowind. I have a decent mid-level system now with a G2 MX 400 that plays 98% of the games on the market. However, with Morrowind I want to play it to it's fullest.

What will be in it? Well cost is a factor but the most important elements will be the processor, ram, hard drive, nic, sound and video card. Personally I'm looking at the following: AMD XP 1900, 512mb ddr, ATA100 7200rpm 60GB hard drive, and the MOST IMPORTANT part -- a GeForce4 Ti card. I don't need a fancy sound card right away. And I can do it all for well under a $1000. I have already been shopping around.

I know some will say to just purchase a new system but I'm a techie and I like to bulid my own and besides, no company will let me select the EXACT parts I want. And by doing it myself I can buy one part then save up and buy the next part and so on - which is how I will have to do it.

So what about you? Are you going to upgrade or get a new system or build like me?

I'm going to upgrade my videocard specially for Morrowind.
Right now I have a Geforce 2 GTS but hopefully today I will change that for a Geforce 3 Ti 200.
(I'll get the game on monday, btw)
Other then that my 1.2 MHz Athlon with 512 Mb ram will have to do.
I ain't got the money to upgrade those as well.
So I will not get absolute max performance but I'm pretty confident it will run good enough

i'm just waiting for GF4Ti4200 to be launched and then i'll change my 32mb GF2MX. i have a P3 933Mhz and i plan to overclocked it soon to get a better framerate for MW. however if i have the cash i'll upgrade my mobo + CPU + DDR and keep all the rest e.g. h/d, SBLive!Value, monitor etc...

i think MW will motivate people to upgrade their PC more than any other games i can remember! in fact i can't think of any one game that has this power over our wallets!
