help with level 8 dwarven mines

help i cant find my way out of here ive done every thing that the walk through said to do but im unable to find the telaporter to get out of here.there seems to be a pile of rocks bloking the way. HELP PLEASE!

The teleporter is close to the entrance to the dwarwen mines, in the big room with lava, you have to levitate over the lava (yes, you can use magic in this room).

There is a door in the crusher room that leads back out to the TP.

The door that leads out of the crusher room is locked for me. How do I unlock it?
