Need HELP!!

ive been given a death sentence and cant get rid of it, and im not part of the thieves guild! also...i was wondering if there are items better for enchantment than exquisite rings/amulets (ie. better than 120 enchant points)??? thanks

The exquisite rings and amulets are the best rings and amulets you can enchant, but there are a number of other types of items that can hold more:

The Ebony Tower Shield can hold 150, while the Daedric Shield and Tower Shield hold 150 and 225 respectively.

As for the death sentence, I'm afraid I just don't know that sort of thing - my characters are very much model citizens who never stoop so low as to commit foul murder! I believe there is a console command to affect your bounty - will that reset the "marked for death" situation?
