guards keep attacking!
   

Hi everybody,

I really need some help.
I have killed an imperial guard.
I went to a guy who could get my bounty to zero
I even went to I guy who could clean my name for 500 dollars.

And they still attack me! Is this a bug?
Can I start the game all over again?
