Drinking Contest

The guy (I forgot his name) in the inn on the way to Onar's farm challenged me to find someone to challenge him to a drinking contest. Funny thing is, I don't know where to look. Any help here would be appreciated.

Go back down the hill toward the city and on that farm there Akil's farm and talk to all of them. The one guy will tell you about his habits of going to tavern.

Randolph on Akil's farm.When you talk to Randolph speak to Rukhar and tell him that Randolph will fight for you.Bet him a 100 gold.
Then wait till midnight when he's out the tavern and not near his chest.
Randolph told you he thinks that Rukhar is cheating by putting gin in his beer,so take everything what's in the chest and replace it with water.
Speak to Randolph again and borrow him 10 gold for contest.Then he will go to the tavern.Duration of contest is 2 days.After that time go back.Orlan will wait you and tell you he don't want anymore contest in his tavern(you will get +25xp).Talk to Randolph(12 gold) and Rukhar(+50xp and 200 gold).
