TES Plugin's Need Help

oki so i at atlast got the messed up cd 2 to work and got the TES Editor running..

but now i made a few changes and its been saved in a plugin file (esp) or something like that ..

ok anyway my qustion is .. ( might be a totalt newbi qustion but im only use to makeing model for CS but anyway... )
how do i get the game to load the plugin ??

You insert CD1 and when autorun start you press data files. then mark which plugins do you want to have in game ..
