I am new at writing threads here, but on my game I,m unable to go to Ascension Peak. I have shot down the savant ship, disabled the dark tower, and have all the sacred items. When i do it it starts to load and it shows the gears moving on the bottom left hand side of the start-up screen. Can anyone tell me what im doing wrong and how to fix it, also can you tell me what guys i can take to Ascension Peak?
P.S. I have read that you can put holy water on the dead person in the cemetary to receive some bonus points. Is it a lie and if not tell me exactly how? |

Sounds like you're getting bit by the AP bug. That was fixed in the very first patch. Upgrade to v1.2.4 and you should be OK. I don't remember for certain, but I think the patch will correct an existing save game.
As for the holy water, I've had trouble making it work although I think it's my fault rather than the game's. Put the holy water on your hand. Move very close to the hanging dude. Click on him (while the holy water is still on your hand). Collect your XP.

1) yah, any patch, actually, will get you to AP.
2) if you can't tell where to put something, you can wave your cursor around until it becomes a hand, then you can see where to put the object when it's on your cursor.
