Right now I'm level 39 with two council members left to find and I still haven't hit the Dark Forest yet. Right now I'm just finishing off all the quests in the Rivertown/Verdistis areas, well all the ones becides the ones that take you to the Dark Forest, so I have a feeling that by the time I finish the game my character will be pushing the low 50s also.
