If you look to the left of his regular head, you will see a much smaller second head. It happened when I demanded the Test of Fire.

No. The little one is the size when you're looking at him. The camera zooms in when you talk to someone.

that's the head of serpentis, while the mage in the picture is pyrokar
no worries though
