If you're from the U.S. or U.K. which expansion is better?

Thanks to Gorath and all of the members here who have tested the expansion pack for Gothic, I'm glad we can boil it down to these two. I've been waiting a long time to finally play with English voices.

To get to my point, the only thing now that I'm wondering is, which expansion would be better suited for someone from the U.S.? The Italian, Hungarian or Czeh version?

What I mean by better is, which one is most english compatible as in "menus", the option to disable subtitles (and just listen to english dialogue).

Thanks.

That would be the Hungarian/Czeh version (if you can get your hands on it) because it is full English: all text, menus and voices...

The Italian version has Italian text and menus. You can use the subtitlemod to fix this, but I think you can't turn off the subtitles then...

Yes, the Eastern European version is the first choice.
In both cases p&p is more expensive than the game.

I live in central England, and I'd like to buy the addon.
Can I ask where you bought the English voiced version of the game?
Thanks in advance.
