Morrowind-How to become a vampire

Could someone please answer this question? I dont have Elder Scrolls 3 Morrowind, but i know someone who does. They say that you can become a vampire in the game. I have been trying to write the Everquest producers to try and make rooms for vampires as a new race in it, so as you can see, i am very excited about being able to play a vampire in a game like this. I am very interested in how to actually become a vampire in the game. I also would like some info about what level you should be before trying to become one, and i would like to know what kind of powers they possess. I have been anxiously awaiting someone's answer, so please try and answer this question.
Thanks,

If it's anything like Daggerfall you have a (very small) chance of becoming one when you're damaged by a vampire and survive. I don't know about Morrowind. Try asking in the Morrowind forum if you haven't already.

If it's anything like Daggerfall, it really sucks (mwahahahahahaha) to be a vampire. Can't do much at night except kill and rob people... sunlight nukes you utterly so traveling is a pain. You're really powerful, but it really, really hurts to play.

Maybe you should try on the morrowind forum.

ok, to do this (i tried it) you have to get bitten by a vampire, and in 3 days if you dont drink a cure disease potion you will sleep and become a vampire. When you do, you will join 1 of 3 guilds, depending on the guild of the vampire that bit you. and you will do about 11 quests. There are 17 total, 3 for each guild, and 8 any vamp can do. Its very fun, and when you are sick of it you can do a quest to turn back into a human, but never back into a vampire. to regain hp you have to suck blood and you have super stats. Happy lurking
