I recommend Spybot Search and Destroy, it has a great "immunize" function that keeps alot of bad mojo from ever being installed. You want to run several programs weekly, Ive found things that Adaware doesnt catch, Spybot does, and vice versa. Check out Kim Komando's site, she will hook you up, she's my digital goddess of information, Ive been with her a long time and she's helped me alot.

x-danger, I suggest you run both spybot and adaware. Not at one time of course. But they seem to compliment each other well. Glad you got it out. _________________ =Member of the Nonflamers Guild=

But that file that appeared in the screenshot i gave you wasn't removed, maybe it sth other than the auto-link thingy, but you know any idea about that thing, i also turned on Spywareblaster on(which i had already before but not on, it was off). _________________

Winpatrol is something you should think of getting, it will show and identify programs running in the background, including harmful programs and some of the excess windows programs that are a waste and eat resources. _________________ “Everyone’s a girl when they’re face down.” |
