I have a feeling he just wants Swedes to post here to let themselves be known as such. Since the posts would have no other meaning, they would borderline spam.

If you want to know who the Swedish spammers on the forum are, then do a forum search for "cross-topic baner". You'll find the Swedes and their honorary Swedish allies.
