Went to Electronic Boutique and know it seems Gothic won't arrive till next Wednesday. Why the fuck can't EB ever get there release dates right? Know I have to wait another damn week. Man I'm pissed.

Nay, you're right.. it's fucked up. I'm not upset because I just knew that was going to happen. Here in Holland it goes this way: 15 november is the official release date, 29 november I can expect the game on the shelves.

Australia has been receiving the same treatment with regards to the Gothic release. Games stores had been printing release dates of 12th of November for a while (on advice from the Australian distributors). This early release date is not as outlandish as it may sound however as we have been getting a number of big name titles prior to the US/Euro English releases, odd but true. However, as in the case of DAoC some are ridiculously late, March next year for Dark Age!! *sniff*.

This date suddenly changed though when a rumour started that the Australian publishing rites had run into some problems. Not sure of the exact details, but I can no longer get even a projected release date here. Some stores have even removed it from there databases, so it is going to be a waiting game!
