Tweaper makes the ini editing fast and easy (freeware)

I've been working on a nice little ini editing program for some time with an Israeli guy (I am in the States). We announced it publicly some 5 hours ago and the response has been Tremendous!! 1,000 downloads in 5 hours and a forum thread at elderscrolls rocking with praise. I encourage you to read my original post (admittedly, Controversial!!) in the elderscrolls forums, then download and give Tweaper a try. I am happy to help with questions or comments. Suggestions are especially helpful to us! Thank you.
