Arkngthand: Heavens Gallery, can the machinery be activated?
   

Is it possible to get the machinery and telescope working in the Heavens Gallery area (where you can levitate over the lava at the broken bridge)?

Seems to me the rest of the dungeon is working as far as machinery goes. SO it would stand to reason you could get this area working.

Additionally, I found some Dwemer armor (chest, greaves, boots). Anyone know of the location in Arkngthand where the rest of the set (Helmet, gloves, pauldons)? I've scoured from top to bottom (yes even in Deep Ore Passage... )

It looks more like a cannon to me =)
I have tried repairing it, even with a Dwarven cylinder stolen from another machine. Don't know what it is, but it's some kind of component at least =)
But no, I could impossibly make it work or even hint a sign of life...
