| How do i kill the fire dragon as a magican? |
|
I am playing as a magician. Level 16. I've already killed the stone dragon, with two or three large fireballs. Now i'm facing the fire dragon, and lightning doesn't inflict any damage, and of course not fire either. It seems like i cannot learn the fifth circle of magic in this chapter, so i cannot get any decent cold spell. Do i HAVE to use ice block? Then i would need to buy healing potions for 2000 gold or so and it would take forever to kill the dragon. |

Send 3-4 skeletons out and they will finish the job for you, effectively. |

Just use greater fireball, or a lightning spell you can charge up, like ball of lightning
talk to the dragon, any dragon at all (works with all dragons, even the undead), run away like hell..
once he stops chasing you, return to the dragon, but stop once he's in range. This way, you'll be far from the dragon, but you can see him... totally charge up your spell, fire.... and then the dragon won't come after you. If he does, just run away again. Trust me, even the firedragon can't take fire |

You could also strafe to avoid the dragons fireballs and send out your own greater fireball (non charged, still does damage). It can take a while but not too long. That's how I did it.

Just do what I did as a mage, create 10-15 skeletons, Charge into battle, run away from there, and leave the job to the skeletons(works with orcs, trolls, dragons, everything  ). |
