the "secret area isnt secret"

you know the lake where you see your first goblin!

he is standing on a dock!

the dock leads into a cave

kill goblin in there and go right

then left

and your on a path leading to the valley!

you can get back out

xardas even tells you

"there is a secret path at the lake, leading into the valley"

So lester in ment to be there

The two most abundant things in the world are hydrogen and stupidity.

The valley is just a nice secluded place for storing Lester. :p It's not the 'secret' area, nor the way to get there. The path to the other side of the barrier is about 2000 metres higher.

I always thought that neutrino's were the most abundent things in the universe , oh yeah, them and stupidity.

One guy in another forum thought that when a dev said 'there are no mounts in the game' that there were no mountains

"Mounts" -- that's not stupidity. The word is ambiguous. In ordinary English (as opposed to RPGese), "mount" is probably much more frequent as a synonym for "mountain" than in the sense "animal you can ride".

Mount may be a synonym for mountain, but as an english speaker I would have to say in the context of someone saying there are no mounts in the game, I would not assume they meant mountains. The ambiguity of the word will only really show if the context in which it used is also ambiguous.

First, BAD EXAMPLE.

Second, I didn't say that meant he was stupid.

In a sense, you're all correct, but still a little wrong. 'mount' is often used for mountain, but only in the context of naming it, ie Mt. Warning is pronounced mount warning. Mount is used normally for climbing onto something eg a horse, of someone, but we won't go in that direction!!
