i need help with my module |
|
i'm trying to get the effect of a walled city, but the edge of the map is all houses. i tried to put the raise/lower terrain over that, and all i did was elevate some houses. also, i can't put the city gate group on over the houses.
anyone know what to do? i haven't completed chapter 1 so i can't rip stuff off of the city of neverwinter _________________ =Follower of Righteousness=

First, get the houses out of the way by using the "cobblestone" (or something called like that) feature painting tool. That way you effectively erase the houses to put blank road tiles on the edges of your map. Then, use the "wall" feature tool. You should be able to put it all around the edges of your map. Leav a gap of 2 squares where you want your gate to be, and place it there when your walls are done. Simple as that _________________ =Proud Father of a new gamer GIRL!=

thanx i'll try that. you know, the "eraser" tool isn't nearly as useful as the name implies _________________ =Follower of Righteousness=
