Gothic 2 gold in the UK

Gothic 2 gold has not been released in the UK yet - where can I get a copy from the US? I have tried the obvious places (eg amazon) they state that it can only be delivered to addresses in the US.

I have played notr via the translation mod bit I would like to buy it again as an english language version - come on let the publisher get yet more money out of me!

I got mine from www.ebgames.com.

That being said, they aren't listing it at the moment. I suspect they'll get it back in stock soon though. They didn't have Spellforce Platinum before and do now.

There are a few people selling it on eBay.

Gothic 2 Gold does have a few oversights for the translation. I did see a few subtitles that were still in German and the character helper only speaks German as well.

I got mine shipped to the UK from here. It was quick (about 7 days), cheap (even cheaper if you just get the discs/manual shipped and no box) and I could use Paypal.

good to see so many people get to play the expansion despite the poor distribution! I myself will get the gold edition tomrrow. By the way, how is the gold edition selling in the US? it would be great if there is a big fanbase at the time GIII hits the shelves.

You will be playing the new, improved G2+NoTR for some time!
Probably still will have to wait for G3 after.
Still you can pass the time with inferior products due shortly (Oblivion)

Inferior? How can you say that when the game isn't out yet?

Exactly. And it will stay this way, at least for the time being.

I'm sure Jaz as long as you will be part of the dot you won't let this happen and that's really a good thing you know. That's why i appreciate the dot much more than the codex
