Need some info on certain subjects

First of all, I wanted to thank Dteowner for the help he gave me on my last questions "Tying up loose ends" if he remembers me. Next, I need help with what to do to ally the T'rang and the Umpani. I have not blown up either, I have all three artifacts, and Drazic and Rodan are in my party because they requested the alliance. When I went to meet Z'ant, he said I was a traitor and attacked me. I was wondering if I missed something or some item I need to give him so I can complete this alliance thing. Also, I finished the Rapax Rift and Rapax Castle, as well as the Away Camp (killing Al-sedexus and also the King), but I don't know how to "free the queen" I unlocked her cage, but she won't leave. It says to do it in my journal, so I figure it's important. Plus, one loose end I never tied up was finding Rattus Rattus again from the very beginning of the game...just curious if he ever reappears. Detailed answers would be appreciated so that I can beat this game, and hopefully start a new one soon with new characters.

Did you pay He'li? She probably openned her big mouth about your double-agent status. Try handing Z'Ant the Chaos Molari again. Put it in your hand and click on Z'Ant with it in your hand.
Did you speak with the Queen after killing the King?
You never see Rattus Rattus again after the first time.

The Rapax Queen quest is bugged- she won't leave no matter what you do.

Val's advice on the rest is excellent.

Or, if you take your guests to the Umps first, you can do the same thing with the letter you get.

To clarify answers you've already been given:

Z'Ant turning hostile seems to be somewhat a matter of randomness. Paying off He'Li and turning in Kunar does NOT guarantee he won't call you a traitor later. But approaching him with an item he wants in hand (Chaos Moliri, umpani flag, or umpani alliance letter) will get you back in conversation. (When I came with Rodan & Drazic and Z'Ant was hostile, I handed him CM and did the conversation with him. Afterwards, he never called me a traitor again.)

After you kill the Rapax King, the Queen will thank you for freeing her. But the quest never gets marked as "completed" in your journal.
