Yes, although the saga has long since dragged on to the point of tedium, there's a certain morbid curiosity in watching Interplay's strange contortions. <a href="http://www.nma-fallout.com/" target="_blank">NMA</a> has noticed that <a href="http://www.interplay.com/" target="_blank">Interplay</a> is back online.
