where is the fog tower i've seen people mention this on the forum but i can't find it

*BIG spoiler*

whats this thing with with people saying you were alive before. (aka the old guy in the new camp). Could someone tell me about it (i don't really feel like finishing the game 3rd time)

I dont know what you mean with 'alive'.

The Fog Tower is on a cliff next to the beach with the shipwreck.
