Its very good. The best one i know. The only thing what i would change is the activity in usergruops. (make it larger.  )

It is nice to be in forums where people don't flame others for being new and having an opinion. If they do the moderators generally do tell people off no matter how long that persons been a member . Although I don't like rankings as I think personally it causes elitism. Maybe I said that because I'm relatively new.

In this case it doesn't bother me, but your poll is skewed. You should at least off options like:
-okay
-needs improvement
-Bleech
Of course the results will also be skewed because the vast majority of the membership comes here because they like it. If they didn't like it, they'd not come (with a few exceptions). You are, therefore, not getting a random sample of the RPG playing universe, once again skewing the poll.
All that said (I had to do it .. my training and all), I love it here, and I have to commend you for starting the poll in the first place. Good going!
Every now and then it is a good idea to look around and be thankful for the good things in life, remember how lucky one can be, and share your enjoyment with others. Thanks.

Yes I agree. You seem to have this problem with all your polls.
The poll is rather pointless, you may as well ask "Is it great or is it great?"
To answer your question:
Yes its good, but I think there could be improvements:
The things I love about RPGDot:
1. The Community
2. The games database and how its linked through the news posts
3. The huge amount of frequent information gathered by the dedicated news posters
The things I dont like so much:
1. The front page can be quite confusing, its over crowded.
2. The huge amount of frequent information gathered by the dedicated news posters (Sometimes its hard to find the good stuff among the unimportant news).
3. The advanced search for the games database is very inefficient. No matter what I type for my search terms, I get hundreds of irrelevant results.
Maybe there could be some way of flagging setting the news post with a rating of how "exciting" it is. This way I could concentrate on those and browse through the others when I have more time.
Just a suggestion.
