Help!
   

The game wont let me access my saved game!? It says unable to open old file not compadible with this game. HELP!!! Also, where can you find the stactues ( i cant spell) of the anmials?

Hmm... did you upgrade with a patch or are these old saves that you burned to a CD or something?
If it's a patch then that may be a side-effect of the patch. Otherwise, check the properties of the save game files and make sure you can write to the file.
The animal statues can be dropped by monsters. You can also buy them from merchants.

I think this only happens with the german release. The patch after that made de savefiles incompatible.
If I remember correctly the english version was released with that patch applied, so it should not happen with that.
As such the savefiles from the demo version are also incompatible with the released version.
